Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the North America Roofing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Services

North America Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions in Ontario, Canada. Our services include but are not limited to: roof installation, replacement, repair, inspection, maintenance, eavestrough/gutter installation, siding, soffit, fascia work, and emergency roof repair.

The specific scope of services, materials, timeline, and pricing will be detailed in a written quote or contract provided before work begins. All services are subject to availability and appropriate weather conditions.

Estimates & Quotes

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for potential projects. Estimates are based on visible inspection and information provided by the homeowner. Final pricing may be adjusted if additional work is discovered during the project that was not apparent during the initial estimate.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. Prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Scope of Work & Changes

The scope of work will be clearly defined in writing before any project begins. Any changes to the agreed scope must be approved in writing by both parties, along with any associated cost or timeline adjustments.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project (such as hidden structural damage, rot, or code compliance issues), we will communicate these findings promptly and provide options before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typical arrangements include a deposit upon commencement, progress payments at defined milestones, and final payment upon completion and satisfaction. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the maximum rate permitted under Ontario law. Ownership of materials remains with North America Roofing until full payment is received.

Warranties & Liability

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used and vary by product. Workmanship warranties are provided on our installation work and will be detailed in your project documentation. Warranty claims must be reported promptly and will be addressed according to the warranty terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions may limit the exclusion of certain damages; applicable local law governs where conflicts arise.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from our services or website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
